他克莫司软膏联合凉血石膏汤治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎62例疗效观察

Effect of tacrolimus ointment and liangxue gypsum decoction in treating 62 cases of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis

目的观察面部激素依赖性皮炎应用他克莫司软膏联合凉血石膏汤治疗的效果。方法以62例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者作为A组,采用他克莫司软膏联合凉血石膏汤治疗,另以60例患者作为B组,采用他克莫司软膏治疗,观察治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组症状积分差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,A组症状积分明显低于B组,治疗总有效率显著高于B组(P<0.05)。结论面部激素依赖性皮炎应用他克莫司软膏联合凉血石膏汤治疗时,能够快速缓解症状及体征,促进患者康复,具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective to observe the effect of steroid-dependent facial dermatitis treated with tacrolimus ointment and liangxue gypsum decoction. Methods 62 patients with hormone-dependent facial dermatitis as A group,USES the tacrolimus ointment combined cold blood gypsum soup treatment,the other to as group B,60 patients with tacrolimus ointment treatment, to observe the treatment effect. Results before treatment, there was no significant difference in symptom score between the two groups（P〉 0.05）. After treatment,the symptom score of group A was significantly lower than that of group B, and the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of group B（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion the application of tacrolimus ointment and liangxue gypsum decoction in the treatment of hormone-dependent facial dermatitis can quickly relieve symptoms and signs, promote the recovery of patients, and have good therapeutic effect.
