小组负责制师资培训对基层医院临床护理带教能力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨小组负责制师资培训对基层医院临床护理教学效果的影响。方法于2015年10月,采用问卷调查法,对参加我院师资培训的225名临床护理教师进行带教能力调查,并对164名护生进行满意度和不良事件调查。根据调查结果,成立师资培训负责小组、制定培训目标及课程设计,3个月后再次对带教教师和护生进行调查,了解培训效果。结果带教老师培训后,带教意愿、教学态度、教学能力,与培训前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后,护生的满意度、不良事件发生率,与培训前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小组负责制师资培训能够极大的提高带教老师的教学能力,提高护生的满意度,降低护生不良事件的发生。 Objective To explore the effect of carrying out group teacher training on the teaching and student learning outcomes of clinical nursing teachers in primary hospitals. Methods In October 2015, a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the ability of teaching 225 teachers in the district to participate in teacher training in our hospital. Satisfaction and adverse events were investigated among 164 nursing students in the district. According to the survey results, a teacher training course was set up to take charge of the group and set goals and curriculum design of the training course. After three months of training, teachers and nursing students were surveyed once again to understand the effect after training. ResultsAfter training, there was a statistically significant difference in teaching willingness, teaching attitude and teaching ability compared with that before training(P〈 0.05). After training, there was a statistically significant difference in the degree of satisfaction and incidence of adverse events between nursing students and those before training(P〈 0.05). ConclusionThe team responsible for teacher training can greatly improve the teaching ability of teaching teachers, improve the satisfaction of nursing students and reduce the number of cases of adverse events of nursing students.
