摘要
目的探讨员工援助计划对临床护理人员心理健康水平的影响。方法采取整群抽样的方法,选取本院临床护理人员390人,对其进行为期8个月的员工援助计划,比较干预前后SCL-90结果。结果比较临床护理人员SCL-90各因子与常模各因子得分后可得出临床护理人员中除恐怖因子得分之外,躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑因子得分均高于常模得分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较对临床护理人员进行员工援助计划干预之后的SCL-90得分,可观察干预后躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、精神病性因子得分均低于干预前得分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理人员的心理健康水平有待提高,实施员工援助计划能够有效提高临床护理人员心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the impact of Employee Assistance Program on the mental health of clinical nurses. Methods Taking a cluster sampling method, 390 clinical nurses in our hospital were selected, an eight-month employee assistance program for them. Comparison of SCL-90 results before and after intervention. Results The results of SCL-90 factors were compared with those of norm. After comparison, the scores of somatization, compulsion, depression and anxiety factor were all higher than that of the norm. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); After the intervention of the staff assistance program for clinical nurses, to compare the SCL-90 scores before and after intervention, the scores of somatization, compulsion, depression, anxiety, hostility and psychosis were all lower than those before intervention. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The mental health level of clinical nurses needs to be improved. The implementation of the employee assistance program can effectively improve the mental health of clinical nurses.
