临床血脂生化检验应用分级检验方法的检验效果研究

The Effect of Grading Test on Clinical Blood Lipid Biochemical Tests

目的分析临床血脂生化检验应用分级检验方法的检验效果。方法选择我院2016年8月—2017年8月收治的住院患者88例作为研究对象。依据检验方法的差异性,将所有患者均分两组。予以传统拉网式检验的44例患者为参照组,予以分级检验方法的44例患者为研究组,最后对比两组患者检验效果。结果对比两组患者的载脂蛋白B、AI和低密度脂蛋白,研究组高于参照组,组间数据对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分级检验方法在血脂生化检验中可以获取显著的效果,同时可以使检查准确性提升。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of grading test in clinical blood lipid biochemistry. Methods 88 cases of hospitalized patients admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the difference of the test methods. 44 patients with traditional dragnet test were selected as the reference group, and 44 patients with grading test method as the research group. Results The level of apolipoprotein B, AI and LDL in the study group was higher than the reference group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The classification test method can obtain significant effect in the biochemical test of blood lipid, and can improve the accuracy of the examination.
