宫腹腔镜联合下输卵管疏通术治疗不孕症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Hysteroscopy Combined With Fallopian Tube Dredging for Infertility

目的探讨宫腹腔镜联合下输卵管疏通术治疗不孕症的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的不孕症患者104例作为研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各52例。对照组采用宫腔镜下输卵管疏通术,观察组采用宫腹腔镜联合下输卵管疏通术,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者的再通率高于对照组,继发性不孕症患者再通率高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的原发性不孕症再通率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫腹腔镜联合下输卵管疏通术治疗不孕症可有效提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopy combined with fallopian tube dredging for infertility. Methods 104 cases of infertility patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group, 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hysteroscopic oviduct dredging. The observation group was treated with laparoscopy combined with tubal dredging. The effects of the two groups were observed. Results The recanalization rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the recanalization rate of the patients with secondary infertility was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the recanalization rate of primary infertility between the two groups（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with fallopian tube dredging for infertility can improve the therapeutic effect.
