浅表性膀胱癌经尿道腔内手术治疗的适应证与疗效观察

Indications and Efficacy of Transurethral Resection for Superficial Bladder Cancer

目的观察浅表性膀胱癌经尿道腔内手术治疗的适应证与疗效。方法随机选取我院2017年2月—2018年2月收治的浅表性膀胱癌患者88例作为研究对象。依照入院顺序,将其分成对照组和观察组,每组各44例。对照组行尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术,观察组行经尿道腔内激光切除手术,对比两组手术治疗效果。结果观察组患者手术时间及住院时间均少于对照组,组间数据结果对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,组间数据结果对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对浅表性膀胱癌患者采用经尿道腔内激光切除手术治疗,可以更好地保证治疗的安全性,提高临床治疗效果,促进患者早日康复,本次研究结果可为临床治疗浅表性膀胱癌提供有效依据。

Objective To observe the indications and efficacy of transurethral endoscopic surgery for superficial bladder cancer. Methods 88 patients with superficial bladder cancer in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 44 cases in each group according to the order of admission, the control group underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor, the observation group underwent transurethral laser resection, treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The operative time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; And the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with superficial bladder cancer, transurethral laser resection can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve the clinical effect and speed of recovery of patients.
