胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗心力衰竭并心律失常的疗效

The Efficacy of Amiodarone Combined With Irbesartan in the Treatment of Heart Failure and Arrhythmia

目的探讨胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗心力衰竭并心律失常的疗效。方法选取2016年10月—2017年11月我院接收的74例心力衰竭合并心律失常患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各37例。对照组采用胺碘酮治疗,观察组采用胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗心力衰竭并心律失常具有显著的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of amiodarone combined with urbersartan in the treatment of heart failure and arrhythmia. Methods From October 2016 to November 2017, 74 patients with heart failure and arrhythmia were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amiodarone. The observation group was treated with amiodarone combined with irbesartan. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. ConclusionAmiodarone combined with urbersartan has significant clinical efficacy in treating heart failure and arrhythmia.
