探讨去氧孕烯炔雌醇片和炔诺酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的疗效

The Effect of Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets and Norethindrone for Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding During Perimenopausal Period

目的对比观察去氧孕烯炔雌醇片(妈富隆)、炔诺酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的疗效与安全性。方法选择2014年10月—2017年10月我院门诊收治的围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者300例作为研究对象,将其随机分为妈富隆组和炔诺酮组,每组各150例;前者给予服用妈富隆治疗,后者给予服用炔诺酮片治疗,治疗3个周期后,比较两组不良反应和疗效情况(总有效率和控制出血时间、完全止血时间)。结果与炔诺酮组相比,妈富隆组治疗有效率明显较高,控制出血时间与完全止血时间显著缩短,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者的安全性基本相当,不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妈富隆治疗功血疗效优于炔诺酮。

Objective To explore the effect and security of marvelon and norethindrone for dysfunctional uterine bleeding during peri-menopausal period. Methods 300 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding during peri-menopausal period from October 2014 to October 2017 were selected and divided into marvelon group（n=150） and norethindrone group（n=150） randomly. The former was taken marvelon and the later was gave norethindrone. The effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the propargone group, the effective rate of the marvelon group was significantly higher, and the time of controlling the bleeding and the time of complete hemostasis were significantly shortened, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.01）. The safety of the two groups was basically the same, and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of marvelon was superior to norethindrone for dysfunctional uterine bleeding during peri-menopausal period.
