浅析大柴胡汤加减治疗胆囊炎、胆石症临床疗效

The Clinical Effect of Dachaihu Decoction in the Treatment of Patients With Cholecystitis and Cholelithiasis

目的研究胆囊炎和胆石症使用大柴胡汤加减的治疗效果,为临床用药提供参考。方法选取我院收治的胆囊炎和胆石症患者70例作为研究对象,将患者分成改良组和常规组,每组均有35例患者。常规组采用西医治疗,改良组采用大柴胡汤加减治疗,对两组患者的治疗情况进行比较分析。结果治疗前,两组患者的生命体征对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,常规组患者的治疗有效率为57.1%,改良组患者的治疗有效率为97.1%,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组的满意度为62.9%,改良组为97.1%,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于西医治疗,胆囊炎和胆石症患者接受大柴胡汤加减治疗的效果显著,安全性较高。

Objective The effect of dachaihu decoction on cholecystitis and cholelithiasis is provided for clinical medication. Methods 70 cases of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into the modified group and the conventional group, with 35 patients in each group. The conventional group was treated with western medicine, and the modified group was treated with dachaihu decoction. The treatment of the two groups was compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in vital signs between the two groups（P〉 0.05）. After treatment, the effective rate of the patients in the routine group was 57.1%, the effective rate of the patients in the improved group was 97.1%, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the routine group was 62.9%, while that of the improved group was 97.1%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with western medicine treatment, cholecystitis and cholelithiasis patients receiving large Chai Hu decoction treatment effect is significant, high safety.
