针灸配合药物治疗突发性耳聋耳鸣的疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Combined With Drugs on Sudden Deafness Tinnitus

目的研究分析突发性耳聋耳鸣患者接受针灸配合银杏叶提取物注射液治疗的临床效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2015年3月—2017年10月我院接收的86例突发性耳鸣耳聋住院患者作为研究对象,将患者分成对照组(42例)和治疗组(44例)。治疗组采用针灸配合静滴银杏叶提取物注射液治疗,对照组采用单纯药物治疗。治疗2个疗程,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组共有10例痊愈,15例显效,18例有效,1例无效,临床治疗有效率为97.7%;对照组有7例痊愈,10例显效,20例有效,5例无效,临床治疗有效率为88.1%。治疗组的临床治疗有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.523,P<0.05)。结论耳鸣是因为听觉神经病变导致的发病,突发性耳鸣可以使用针灸配合银杏叶提取物注射剂治疗,效果突出。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with extract of ginkgo biloba leaves injection in the treatment of sudden deafness and tinnitus, so as to provide references for clinical treatment. Methods 86 cases of sudden deafness and tinnitus patients from March 2015 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected as the study objects, the patients were divided into control group and treatment group, 44 patients in the treatment group, 42 patients in the control group, the treatment group of acupuncture combined with intravenous drip of extract of ginkgo biloba leaves injection treatment, control group using simple drug treatment. Two courses of treatment were treated to compare the effect of treatment. Results In the treatment group, 10 cases were cured, 15 cases were markedly effective, 18 cases were effective, 1 case were invalid, the effective rate of clinical treatment was 97.7%, 7 cases in the control group were cured, 10 cases were effective, 20 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 88.1%. The effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（χ2=6.523, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sudden tinnitus can be treated with acupuncture combined with Ginkgo biloba extract injection.
