高职校园文化与企业、职业文化渗透融合研究——以浙江机电职业技术学院为例

Research on Integration of Enterprise Culture and Vocational Culture into Campus Culture in Higher Vocational Colleges

产教融合、校企合作是高职教育发展的必由之路,而校园文化与企业、职业文化的渗透融合才是最高层次的产教融合、校企合作。高职院校要采取"请进来、走出去"的战略开展校企文化合作,一方面把企业、职业文化引入校园,另一方面走向企业,体验企业、职业文化。浙江机电职业技术学院非常注重校园文化与企业、职业文化的渗透融合,开展了大量的实践活动,成效显著。

Production-education integration and college-enterprise cooperation are the only ways to the development of higher vocational education, while the highest level of integration and cooperation is the permeation and integration of enterprise culture and vocational culture into campus culture. The college-enterprise culture cooperation can be realized by taking the strategy of ＂inviting in and going out＂. On one hand, it brings enterprise and vocational culture into campus, on the other hand, it comes to enterprises to experience the enterprise and vocational culture. Zhejiang Institute of Mechanical Electrical Engineering attaches importance to the permeation and integration of enterprise culture, vocational culture into campus culture and carries out lots of practical activities, and it has obtained good results.
