摘要
目的建立医院学习型护理团队的运行模型,总结医院建设学习型护理团队的实践经验。方法采用目的抽样法,选取上海市某三级甲等医院的医护人员为访谈对象,运用扎根理论,建立学习型护理团队的运行模型。结果模型包括诊断、计划、学习、固化、应用、反馈6个阶段和1个支持系统。学习型护理团队运行模型应用后,护理人员的论文发表数、本科与硕士的比例、新获各类专科护士证书数、护士理论与操作考核合格率、各类护理规章制度数、患者满意度等均明显提高。结论学习型护理团队运行模型为医院护理团队的学习过程提供了一个持续改进的工具和系统性实施框架,有利于提升护理人员的专业素质,提高护理人员的护理水平。
Objective To establish the operational model of learning nursing team and summarize its practical experience.Methods According to the purpose sampling principle to select nurses in one Shanghai 3 A-level hospital interviewees.Using the grounded theory to establish the operational model of learning nursing team. Results The operational model included diagnosing,planning,learning,consolidation,application,feedback and one support system.After running,there were significant improvement in the quantity of published papers,bachelor and master's proportion,newly obtained specialist nurses' certificates,passing rate of nursing theory and operation assessment,nursing rules and regulations and patient satisfaction rises than before.Conclusion The operating model of learning nursing team provided a tool for continuous improvement and a systematic enforcement framework for the learning process,which can improve nurses' ability and enhance comprehensive nursing quality.
