癌症汗症患者生活质量现况调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on the quality of life in patients with tumor hyperhidrosis

目的了解癌症汗症患者生活质量状况,分析汗症引起癌症患者生活质量下降的相关因素,为提高癌症汗症患者的生活质量提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、手汗症量表、癌症患者生命质量测定量表对431例癌症患者进行汗症及生活质量调查。结果 431例癌症患者中汗症得分3~4分者216例,占50.12%;得分1~2分者215例,占49.88%。汗症得分高的癌症患者生活质量在5个功能领域(躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能和社会功能)、整体健康状况及疲劳、气促、失眠、食欲丧失、便秘比汗症得分低的癌症患者生活质量低(P<0.01),而在疼痛、恶心呕吐、腹泻、经济困难4个条目比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论癌症患者的汗症严重程度应引起医护人员的高度重视,针对癌症患者个体实施行之有效的干预措施,减少患者的不适,提高癌症患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the quality of life and analyze its related factors in patients with tumor hyperhidrosis,in order to provide reference to improve patients＇ quality of life.Methods A general information questionnaire,Hyperhidrosis Disease severity scale,and cancer patients＇ life quality scale were used to investigate 431 cancer patients.Results In total of 431 cases,the score of quality of life was3 ~ 4 points（ 50.12%） and 1 ~ 2 points（ 49.88%）.The patients who had high scores of hyperhidrosis had significant difference in five functional areas（ body,character,cognitive,emotional and social functions）,overall health,shortness of breath and fatigue,insomnia,poor appetite,constipation than low quality of life（ P 0. 01）,while had no difference in pain,nausea and vomiting,diarrhea and difficult economic（P0.05）.Conclusion The severity of tumor hyperhidrosis should be paid attention by medical staff and adopt effective interventions to reduce patients＇ discomfort and improve their quality of life.
