摘要
目的探讨同伴教育对鼻咽癌放疗患者张口锻炼依从性的影响。方法选取121例鼻咽癌患者为对照组,118例鼻咽癌患者为观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上由研究小组按照要求招募同伴教育者并进行培训,考核合格后参与鼻咽癌放疗患者从放疗前1周至放疗结束后6个月的同伴教育健康教育服务。结果所有患者完成放疗,放疗结束时、放疗后3个月、6个月,观察组患者张口困难程度低于对照组,张口锻炼依从性高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论同伴教育可显著提高鼻咽癌放疗患者功能锻炼依从性,降低张口困难发生率。
Objective To investigate the effects of peer education on mouth-opening training compliance among patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.Methods A total of 239 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy were divided into two groups.The control group( n = 121) was given routine care,and the experimental group( n = 118) received peer education.The intervention was provided from a week before radiotherapy to six months after radiotherapy. Results All patients completed radiotherapy.The experimental group had lower incidence of difficulty in mouth-opening than the control group,and had higher mouth-opening training compliance compared with control group at the end of radiotherapy,3 months and 6 months after radiotherapy( P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion Peer education can effectively improve mouth-opening training compliance in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy,and decrease the incidence of difficulty in mouth-opening.
