目的探讨"护理经理人"模式在民营医院护士长运营管理中的应用。方法建立"护士长之家"、优化服务流程、门诊病房一体化管理、应用医院运营管理系统信息平台。结果建立了"护理经理人"模式的护士长运营管理体系,科室主任、医生普遍认同,患者满意度和忠诚度提高。结论 "护理经理人"模式是值得推荐的一种医院运营管理模式。

Objective To explore the effect of ＂ nursing manager＂ model in head nurse operation management in private hospital.Methods The ＂ nursing manager＂ model was set up,including established ＂ the head nurse＇s home＂,optimized the service process,the integration of outpatient and inpatient service,and the application of the information platform of hospital operation management system.Results The ＂ nursing manager＂ model was widely appreciated by medical staff,and improve patient＇s satisfaction.Conclusion The ＂ nursing manager＂ model is worth spreading in hospital.
