A Study on the Construction of Social-Ecological Environment for Freelance Tour Guides

导游管理体制改革不仅是旅游行业,更是全社会关注的问题。文章通过对我国导游自由执业试点区域旅游行政部门、行业组织、试点企业、导游和游客的调查,发现导游自由执业环境不容乐观。通过研究分析提出导游自由执业改革不能仅仅依靠单兵突进,导游管理体制改革是一项复杂的系统工程,需要利用社会生态环境理论,构建导游自由执业的社会支持网络,优化关键要素,形成滋养型的社会生态环境。

The reform of tour guide management system is a focus not only for tourism industry- but also for the whole society. Based on investigations on tourism administrative departments, the guilds, experimental enterprises, tour guides and tourists in the experimental regions, this article finds that the environment for freelance tour guides is not optimistic. Through research and analysis, the article illus trates that the reform of tour guide management is more than a matter of individual effort. The reform of tour guide management system is a complicated project. It requires the application of social - ecological environment theory, the establishment of a supportive social network, and the optimization of the key factors to construct a nourishing social - ecological environment for freelance tour guides.
