摘要 沥青路面施工质量控制的关键是离析的控制,传统的检测方法存在不准确、破坏路面或样本较少等缺陷。无损检测技术因其准确、无损伤、大样本等特点,在近年来的质量检测中得到广泛应用。根据工程项目的实际情况,采用激光纹理仪及无核密度仪两种技术进行检测,对试验段的施工质量进行评价,并反馈施工控制,达到质量动态控制管理的目的。 The segregation control is the key of the quality control of asphalt pavement construction. The traditional detection methods have some defects such as being inaccurate,damaging the pavement or too few samples. The non-destructive testing technology could be more accurate,without damaging and with larger quantities of samples,and has been widely applied in the quality inspection in recent years. In order to achieve the objective of dynamic quality control management,the laser texture instrument and the non-nuclear density gauge have been applied for detection based on the actual circumstance of the projects,then the construction quality of the test section has been evaluated with feedbacks on the control of the construction being provided.
