职业教育集团化办学作为中国经济转型期职业教育改革发展与经济改革发展相结合的实践产物,是我国职业教育领域里一种突破性的办学模式。在对职业教育集团模式进行经济分析的基础上,针对职业教育集团的特征和特点,较为系统地分析了职业教育集团以及企业培训的成本及效益因素,提出了发挥职教集团优势的基本策略。

As a practical product of the combination of reform and development of vocational education in China＇s economic transition period and the development of economic reform, the vocational education group-oriented schooling is a groundbreaking school-running mode in the field of vocational education in China. It emerged in the 1990 s and continued to develop rapidly. This article analyzed the background, current situation and problems of the vocational education group in China. According to the characteristics of vocational education group, the cost and benefit factors of vocational education group are analyzed systematically, and the advantages of vocational education group in transaction cost, scale economy, operation cost and scope economy are pointed out, and the corresponding suggestions are given.
