摘要
绿化苗木抚育动力底盘是一台可更换工作模块的多功能绿化苗木作业设备,其作业臂作为动力底盘的关键受力装置,分析其强度特性十分必要。应用Solid Works软件建立作业臂三维模型,并在Simulation模块下对其进行有限元分析,得到了四种工况下作业臂整体应力、位移云图、关键构件应力云图,以及关键构件在四种工况下的受力最大值点,其对后期作业臂的结构设计及优化具有指导作用。
Green nursery tending power chassis is multi-functional operation equipment with a replaceable working module. As the operation arm is a key force device of the power chassis,it is necessary to analyze its strength characteristics. Solid Works software is used in this paper to establish a 3 D model of the operation arm,with finite element analysis of it conducted under the simulation module,with the maximum stress value points of the operation arm's overall stress and displacement nephogram,key component stress nephogram and key components under four working conditions obtained,of guiding significance for future operation arm structural design and optimization.
