Development of Detachable Combined Crane Device for Landscape Seedlings

研制了一种用于苗场的可拆卸组合型吊机装置。该装置结构简单,占地面积小,使用时可通过底座与货车车箱的尾部相扣,横梁可绕钢管臂杆旋转,苗木从地面吊起后通过人工旋转横梁可将苗木快速搬运到货车的车箱内,节省了大量人工成本。横梁采用多层复合结构,强度高,使用时可缓冲所受到的应力,具有较好的抗疲劳特性和较长的使用寿命,通过加强梁可以大幅提高吊机的承载能力。

A detachable combined crane device is developed for seedling farms,featuring a simple overall structure,a small footprint and interlocking with the tail end of a truck body via the base during use,with its crossbeam able to rotate about the steel tube arm rod,lift seedlings from the ground and rapidly move them to the inside of the truck through manual rotation of the crossbeam,thereby saving labor costs. The crossbeam is multi-layer composite structure with high strength,able to buffer the stress when used,with good fatigue resistance,long service life,with the crane bearing capacity able to be greatly increased through bean reinforcement.
