陕西省苹果产业发展路径分析

Analysis on the Development Path of Apple Industry in Shaanxi Province

西部大开发对西部地区的经济和发展起到了促进作用,陕西省具有生产多种果品优越的自然条件以及丰富的品种资源,尤其是陕西苹果产业,逐渐成为促进陕西省农村经济更好、更快发展的主要驱动力。陕西苹果产业当前面对生鲜果比例大、布局结构不合理、规模化程度较低,产业链较短的问题,导致陕西省苹果产业的产业链发展缺乏平衡性,对产业的特色发展造成制约。基于此,提出陕西苹果产业应合理产业布局,优化品种结构,提升产业化水平、加大投入以及注重品牌销售,不断创新发展。

The development of Western China has played a role in promoting the economy and development of the western region. Shaanxi province has the natural conditions of producing many kinds of fruit and rich variety resources,especially the apple industry in Shaanxi,which has gradually become the main driving force to promote the better and faster development of the rural economy in Shaanxi province. At present,the apple industry in Shaanxi faces the problem of large proportion of fresh fruit,irrational layout,low degree of scale and short industrial chain,which leads to the lack of balance in the industrial chain development of apple industry in Shaanxi Province,and restricts the development of industrial characteristics. Based on this,this paper mainly aims at the analysis of the current situation of the development of the apple industry,supplemented by the development of other fruit industry,and puts forward the transformation of the development path of the Shaanxi apple industry from the aspects of the industrial layout,the optimization of the variety structure,the promotion of the level of industrialization,the increase of investment and the marketing of this brand.
