摘要
[目的]评价俱乐部模式健康教育对病人教育效果的影响。[方法]采用计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库(CNKI)、中国知网全文数据库(CBM)、万方数据库中所有俱乐部模式健康教育效果评价的随机对照试验、类实验性研究,采用RevMan 5.3软件行Meta分析。[结果]最终共纳入13篇文献,均为我国2008年—2017年公开发表,共3 234例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示:俱乐部模式健康教育在增强病人的自我管理能力、提升病人生活质量、改善病人血生化指标方面均优于传统健康教育方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 01)。[结论]俱乐部式健康教育对病人教育效果优于传统健康教育方法。
Objective：to evaluate the nursing education effect of health education in club mode on patients.Methods：Random control trials and quasi-experimental studies of nursing education effect of health education in club mode were retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,CBM,and Wanfang.RevMan 5.3 software was used to conduct the meta-analysis.Results：A total of 13 pieces of literature involving 3234 subjects were included,all published in China from 2008 to 2017.Meta-analysis results showed that health education in club mode on strengthening the patients＇ self-management ability,improving the quality of life,improving the patient＇s blood biochemical indicators were better than the traditional health education method,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.000 01）.Conclusions：the nursing education effect of health education in club mode was better than traditional health education.
