摘要
随着武广高铁的开通,郴州民营快递企业以特许加盟的方式迅速壮大。但不容忽视的是,民营快递企业的物件延误、破损、丢失非常多,其中投诉问题中有80%以上的原因是由于员工素质不高造成的。因此,分析研究郴州市民营快递企业员工素质中存在的主要问题,继而构建各类员工素质指标体系,有针对性地进行人才培养,对提高郴州市民营快递员工的素质水平有着重要意义。
With the business opening of Wuhan-Guangzhou high speed railway,the private express enterprises in Chenzhou have grown rapidly by franchising. But the objects are found in delay,breakages and losses can not be overlooked. Among of them 80% of the complaints are caused by the low quality of employees. Therefore,it is particularly necessary to analyze the main problems existing in the quality of employees in Chenzhou private express enterprises,and establish various staff quality indicators system and carry out corresponding personnel training. By improving the quality of private express employees,the private express industry will develop healthily.
