在当今"大智移云"时代下,如何把"大智移云"的技术优势同党的政治优势和组织优势结合起来,推进党建工作创新发展,已成为党建工作必须认真面对和解决的重大课题。按照SWOT方法要利用优势和机遇,弱化和克服劣势、消除外部威胁的法则,从而得出新时代党建信息化发展战略:即优势机遇(SO)发展战略、劣势机遇(WO)发展战略、劣势威胁(WT)发展战略和优势威胁(ST)发展战略。

Under today＇s era of ＂ great wisdom and movable cloud＂,it is a major innovation issue for the Party construction to combine the technology supeior of great wisdom movable cloud with superior of the Party＇s politics and organization in order to improve the Party＇s construction development.
