An Analysis of the Relationship between the Organizational Justice and Job Performance

摘要 有关公平感与员工绩效之间的关系,一直是学者们关注的重点。从公平感理论入手,通过对公平感与员工绩效的关系的分析,企业应采取相应措施提升员工的公正公平感,进而提高员工工作绩效,以实现企业目标。 The relationship between justice and employees job performance has beeen the focus by thescholars.Therefore, through the analysis of the relationship between justice and employee performance,theenterprisors need to take some relative steps to improve employees justice feeling,promotion of employers inorder to realization of enterprisors goal.
