This paper introduces the results of positive psychological theory and gives a way to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students based on the perspective of this subject.Through in-depth excavation and cultivation of the positive qualities of college students,the paper strives to enhance the positive emotional experience of college students in ideological and political education,and build a positive ideological and political education environment for college students to effectively enhance their effectiveness.
