In the era of Internet＋,mobile reading has become the trend of reading. Strengthening the construction and utilization of digital resources in university libraries is one of the most important directions for the development of libraries. Changes in mobile reading methods will inevitably bring about changes in resource construction and services. For this reason,this paper will analyze in depth the problems existing in the construction and utilization of digital resources in university libraries,and propose corresponding improvement approaches and measures.
