浅析股权众筹信息披露中的信息筛选原则

A Brief Analysis of Information Screening Principles in the Information Disclosure of Equity Crowdfunding

目前,我国股权众筹的信息披露亟待完善。而构建信息筛选原则将对此多有助益。本文提出了我国股权众筹信息披露制度中应当构建的三个信息筛选原则,即适度性原则、重大性原则、区别性原则。并且,本文分别分析了在股权众筹市场中构建这三项原则应当考虑的因素,以及在股权众筹市场中这三项原则应当具备的内涵。

The rules of information disclosure in China＇s Equity Crowdfunding market is urgent to be completed. Therefore establishing principles for information screening would be beneficial in this process. In this paper we suggest that three principles for information screening be established in China＇s equity crowdfunding market, which are the principle of moderation, the principle of materi ality, and the principle of distinction. Furthermore, this paper goes on to analyze the factors that should be taken into consideration while establishing those principles, and the specifications of these principles in the equity crowdfunding market.
