摘要
平台型互联网企业成长受到内外部多种因素影响。论文从平台型互联网企业的特征分析出发,基于内生视角提炼出的融资能力、技术创新能力、运营能力、品牌推广能力、人力资源管理能力、交易后服务能力是平台型互联网企业成长的6个核心影响因素。通过对3家企业进行实证研究得出影响因素大小,进而从融资能力、技术创新等方面,对平台型互联网企业的成长进行策略设计。
The growth of the platform based internet companies has been influenced by a variety of internal and external factors. The paper studies the characteristics of the platform based internet companies and extracts six influencing factors for the growth of the platform based internet companies based on their endogenous perspectives: financing capability, technological innovation capability, operational capability, brand promotional capability, human resources management capability, post transaction service capability. And then through empirical studies on the three companies, we found the impact of six factors on the growth of the company. Finally, we propose strategies for the growth of platform based internet companies from the aspects of financing capabilities and techno logical innovation.
