摘要
伦理学属于实践之学,需要对现实社会问题有足够的回应能力,案例的合理使用是该能力的基本体现。从新时期国内伦理学教材的总体情况来看,国内学者编撰的教材基本不使用案例作为论证手段;译介过来的国外学者编撰的教材虽然会使用大量的案例来演绎与阐释理论,但是这些案例对于国内的学习者而言缺乏必要的时空认知要素。两方面的难题要求在当前伦理教材编撰中应该关注我国社会的重大道德问题;与此同时,传授者在教学实践中可以运用深具社会影响力的鲜活案例作为道德分析与思辨的工具。
Ethics belongs to practical knowledge, which needs sufficient ability to respond to the real social problems. The reasonable use of cases is the basic reflection of such ability. However, from the overall situation of domestic ethics textbooks in the new era, those compiled by domestic scholars usually do not use cases as argument means; while those compiled by foreign scholars and translated into Chinese do use a large number of cases to interpret the ethical theory, but these cases lack the necessary specific cognitive elements for domestic learners. Both of the difficult problems require that we pay attention to the important moral issues in our society during the compiling of ethics textbooks. In the meantime, the teachers can use socially influential cases as a tool for moral analysis and critical thinking during teaching practice.
