摘要
以ZL50轮式装载机为研究对象,从装载机液压系统的主要特点入手,确定液压系统组成部分,进行系统设计计算,完成液压系统原理图的拟定,然后通过Fluid SIM软件仿真分析,实现显示和控制回路的动作,分析液压主要元件工况,验证设计的正确性。
This article takes the ZL50 wheel loader as the research object,starts with the main features of the hydraulic system of the loader,determines the components of the hydraulic system,carries out the system design calculation,and completes the drawing of the hydraulic system schematic diagram. Then the simulation is performed by the Fluid SIM software to realize the display and control the movement of the circuit,analyze the hydraulic main component working condition,verify the correctness of the design.
