正三轮摩托车车架有限元分析与轻量化设计 被引量:5

摘要 车架不仅要求足够的强度和刚度,而且需要最大限度减轻其自重,以提高整车的动力性和经济性。对于以货运为主的三轮摩托车,车架自身质量占整车质量的比例较大,因此减轻车架自重对三轮摩托车的轻量化研究具有重要意义。本文选用一款货用三轮车为分析对象,对现有车架建立FE模型并进行试验验证,结合有限元分析手段解决减重与强度之间的矛盾问题,得出以80%用户实际使用情况为边界条件的轻量化车架。 The frame not only requires enough strength and stiffness,but also needs to minimize its weight to improve the powertrain and economy of the vehicle. For the three wheeled motorcycle based on freight,the quality of the frame is larger than that of the whole vehicle. Therefore,lightening the self weight of the frame is of great importance for the lightweight research of the three wheeled motorcycle. In this paper,a freight tricycle is selected as the object of analysis. The FE model and experimental verification of the existing frame are established. Combined with the finite element analysis method, the contradiction between weight loss and strength is solved. The lightweight frame with the actual user condition of 80% users as the boundary condition is obtained.
