摘要
某型号的汽车,在装配后制动油管螺栓时发生断裂,通过宏观分析、强度计算、化学成分分析、光学显微镜观察、硬度测试等方法对螺栓断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:螺栓为旋转、塑性断口,是由于装配扭矩过大、超过了螺栓所能承受的最大扭矩而造成的,进一步加强螺栓强度的计算,提高螺栓的强度,避免超材料强度的不合理装配,确保装配工作的安全、顺利进行。
A type of car,when rear brake tubing bolt by assembling break,through the analysis of the macro,strength calculation,chemical composition analysis,optical microscope,methods of hardness testing,the bolt fracture reason is analyzed,the results show that:bolt to rotate,ductile fracture,is due to the large assembly torque,more than it can withstand the maximum torque,to further strengthen the bolt strength calculation,to improve the strength of the bolt,avoid unreasonable assembly of super strength of materials,ensure the security of the assembly work smoothly.
