风电制动器主体结构有限元分析

摘要 建立某型风电盘式制动器有限元分析模型,计算其主体结构强度和变形,为改进设计提供依据。详细介绍了位移约束、接触约束、载荷等边界条件以及单元类型和网格划分方法。分析计算结果表明,主体零件强度安全裕量较为充足,个别变形较大,建议进行局部增强刚度设计,如加厚、加筋等。 The finite element analysis model of a wind turbine disc brake is established,the strength and deformation of its main structure are calculated,and the basis for improving design is provided. The boundary conditions such as displacement constraint,contact constraint and load are introduced in detail. The analysis and calculation results show that the strength safety margin of the main part is sufficient and the individual deformation is large. It is recommended to design the local reinforcement stiffness,such as thickening and reinforcement.
