摘要
介绍了图形化编程软件LabVIEW的特点,分析了基于LabVIEW软件的智能铜液测温定氧仪工作原理,详细阐述了该装置的硬件设计和软件编程设计方法,并深入研究了其中的关键技术及方法。经工厂现场长期实践证明,该装置运行稳定,自动化程度高,测温结果准确稳定,软件界面友好,已达到预期的设计目标。
This paper which has analyzed the principles of the temperature and oxygen content measuring instrument and takes advantage of the graphic character of LabVIEW has developed the hardware and software programming design and has in-depth studied the key technology and methods of the temperature and oxygen content measuring instrument. Practical results have proved that this instrument has friend operate interface and has high level of automation. Using this instrument,the result of Temperature Measuring is more accuracy and more steady which achieves the goal of expected.
