摘要
GMC16A型钢轨打磨列车动力传动系统中联轴器的选型对整套动力系统匹配起着关键作用,故需要对动力系统进行轴系扭振分析,轴系扭振计算是预测轴系扭振问题的重要手段。通过HOLZER分析对轴系进行扭振分析,避开共振时的临界转速,使扭振角位移满足康明斯技术要求,同时进行扭振测试验证扭振计算分析结果。
GMC16 A type selection of rail grinding train coupling in power transmission system matching plays a key role for the whole power system,so the need for power system of shafting torsional vibration analysis of shafting torsional vibration calculation is an important means of predicting shafting torsional vibration problems. By HOLZER analysis of shafting torsional vibration analysis,to avoid resonance when the critical speed,the torsional vibration angular displacement meets the demand of cummins technology, at the same time to carry on the torsional vibration tests verify torsional vibration calculation and analysis results.
