摘要
后桥NVH(振动与噪音)是评价后桥性能优劣的一个非常重要的技术指标,其中以后桥减速速器总成对后桥的NVH影响最大。确保后桥减速器总成有好的NVH是行业难题,可以说,主减速器的低噪音技术是整个车桥市场的关键技术。影响主减NVH的因素很多,主要影响因素为双曲面齿轮的齿形设计,零件精度、装配质量、运动模态、装配齿轮的系统刚度系等,本文主要论述的是微小型后桥差速器总成支撑刚度对NVH的影响。
The rear axle NVH is a very important technical index to evaluate the pereformance of the ear axle.Among them,the rear axle reduce has the greatest influence on the overall NVH of ther ear axle,it is an industry challenge to ensure that the rear axle assembly has a good NVH,so to speak,who mastered the low-noisse technology,who mastered the entire axle Market.There are many factors affecting the NVH of the rear axle reducer,such as:design of hypertboloid helical gear,part machining accuracy,assembil quality,motion mode,assembil systerm stiffness and so on.The main content of this paper is the influence of the support stiffness of the small rear axle differential assembil on the NVH.
