摘要
采用FLUENT模拟仿真软件,探究分析了表观流速、床料厚度、硫粉粒径和布风板开孔率及孔径大小对流化沸腾器内部流场的影响,研究结果表明,表观速度要控制在0.34~0.56 m/s,床料厚度要控制在0.1~0.2 m,硫粉粒径越小越利于流化,硫粉粒径最适应不大于0.1 mm,布风板的开孔率越大,孔径越小,风室的压强越稳定,流化室内部的硫粉流化效果也更好。
Using the FLUENT simulation software,the thickness of the bed material, the particle size of the sulphur powder and the size of the air plate on the internal flow field of the fluidized bed are investigated by using the FLUENT simulation software,the results show that the apparent speed should be controlled in 0.34~0.56 m/s,the thickness of the bed material should be controlled in 0.1 ~0.2 m,sulfur powder particle size the smaller and more conducive to flow,sulfur powder particle size to less than 0.1 mm,the opening rate of air distributor is larger,the smaller the aperture pressure air chamber is more stable,the flow of sulfur powder flow inside the chamber of the effect is better.
