在经济新常态背景下,衡水农业强市步伐加快,成效显著,但仍存在一些突出问题和薄弱环节,诸如:新型农业经营主体的培育机制需进一步加强;农业社会化服务体系有待完善;农业科技体制创新机制不够健全。今后应进一步创新新型农业经营主体培育机制;加速推进土地流转,发展农业规模经营;推进农业产业化发展,提升农业产业化经营水平;加强配套制度建设,建立健全农业社会化服务体系;进一步加强农业科技体制机制创新,提升农业科技水平。

Under the background of the new economic normality, to accelerate the pace of the construction of modern agricultural strong city, Hengshui City actively explored the innovation of modern agricultural system and mechanism, and the effect is obvious. However, there are still some prominent problems and weak links. For example, the cultivation mechanism of new agricultural business entities needs to be further strengthened; the agricultural socialization service system needs to be perfected; the innovation mechanism of agricultural science and technology system is not perfect enough. We should further innovate the modern agricultural system and mechanism in Hengshui, accelerate the development of Land circulation, develop agricultural scale management, promote the development of agricultural industrialization, promote the operating level of agricultural industrialization, strengthen the construction of the supporting system, establish and perfect the agricultural social service system, further strengthen the innovation of agricultural technology system and mechanism and improve the level of agricultural science and technology.
