摘要
当前我国食品经济发展迅速,而信息技术的发展对很多产业的供应链和消费视角造成了影响,食品产业也在此过程中发生着变化。新经济的冲击使得食品的生产、运输和销售发生了深刻变革,将不断推动食品企业进行技术创新,朝着更大、更强、更安全的方向发展。未来对食品交叉学科人才的需求度将不断增加,绿色食品和有机食品将成为食品产业的发展方向。
In China the current development of food economy is rapid, and the development of information technology has affected the supply chain and the consumption perspective of many industries. The food industry is also changing in this process. The impact of the new economy has made a profound change in the production, transportation and marketing of food. It will continue to promote the technological innovation of the food enterprises and make them to develop towards a greater, stronger and more secure direction. In the future, the demand for food interdisciplinary talents will continue to increase. Green food and organic food will become the development direction of food industry.
