摘要 为了解决金刚石框架锯机架设计周期长、成本高和结构笨重等问题,文章以金刚石框架锯机架为研究对象,针对其结构特点,运用有限元法对其进行瞬态动力学分析和结构优化,在满足机架强度的情况下,进行关键设计尺寸的灵敏度分析,对机架性能影响较大的尺寸进行优化取值,选择最佳优化方案。并对优化后的机架进行静态特性有限元分析,结果表明,优化后,有效减轻了机架质量,降低了成本,提高了锯机性能,并为以后设计新型机架提供了指导。 In order to solve the problem of long design period,insufficient stiffness,heavy structure and other questions in the process of body frame of diamond frame saw. The paper based on the diamond frame sawing machine as the research object. According to the characteristics of the structure,finite element method was used for transient dynamic analysis and structure optimization. Premise to meet intensity of machine,analysis of sensitivity of the key design dimensions.. To choose the best optimization scheme by select the dimensions which had most influence on body frame. Static characteristics of finite element analysis was carried out on the optimized frame,and the results showthat the optimized,effectively reduce the quality of frame and reduce the cost and improve the performance of sawing machine,which provides a guidance for the design of newframe.
