摘要
在制造业生产中,实际加工的质量特性分布会呈现多种形态,传统的统计过程控制要求质量特性值服从正态分布,但在某些形位误差中如轴线偏心或位置度、零件表面径向跳动等这些偏心分布为瑞利分布。文章建立了基于瑞利分布的形位误差数学模型,用形位误差中的位置度误差和同轴度误差作为实验数据,提出并建立了基于瑞利分布的控制图。通过实验模拟表明,在对某些形位误差统计过程控制方面,使用基于瑞利分布控制图比休哈特控制图效果更好,减少了误判报警,提高了生产效率,得到更好的质量保证。
In manufacturing,the actual processing quality characteristics of distribution has a variety of forms,quality characteristics obey the normal distribution in the traditional statistical process control,but in some shape and position errors eccentric distribution is Rayleigh distribution such as axis eccentricity or position degree and radial surface beating. This paper resented a mathematical model of shape and position errors based on Rayleigh distribution form,position error and coaxial error in shape error are used as experimental data,proposed a control chart based on Rayleigh distribution. The experiments showthat in some form and position errors of statistical process control,using the Rayleigh distribution chart better than Shewhart control chart,reduce the false alarm,improve the production efficiency and ensure better quality.
