圆盘包覆法制备陶粒生料球试验研究

摘要 以陶粒生料球的制备为研究对象,考察采用圆盘包覆法制备包覆陶粒生料球的包覆效果。研究包覆过程中三个主要因素圆盘倾角,圆盘转速,加水量对包覆效果的影响规律。以单因素试验为基础,进行了正交试验,优化了圆盘包覆法制备陶粒生料球的工艺条件。试验结果表明:圆盘法包覆制备陶粒生料球的最佳工艺条件为:圆盘倾角60°、加水量24%、圆盘转速50 r/min。在此工艺条件下平均有效包覆率达96.9%。后续试验则表明,在最佳工艺条件生产的陶粒生料球满足生料球质量控制指标,为后期工业应用探索了一条可靠的工艺制度。 The preparation of ceramsite raw ball was researched. The coating effect of ceramsite raw ball prepared by disc coating method was investigated. The influence of three main factors,disc inclination,rotation speed and water added amount on the coating effect was studied based on a single factor experiment. The conditions of ceramsite raw ball prepared by disc coating were optimized by orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that the best conditions of the preparation of ceramsite raw ball by disc coating was: disc inclination was 60°,water added amount was 24%,disc rotation speed was 50 r/min. The average effective coverage rate reached 96. 9%. The subsequent tests showed that the ceramsite raw ball produced at the optimum conditions met the quality control index of the raw ball,and explored a reliable process system for the later industrial application.
