注水井K1型涂层油管腐蚀行为研究 被引量:2

摘要 某油田注水区块的内涂层防腐油管在油井下部发生严重腐蚀失效。为分析K1型涂层失效原因,取不同井深服役的内涂层防腐注水井油管,通过金相分析、腐蚀形貌观察,并结合能谱(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)等方法对取样油管进行了分析,确定了内涂层油管发生腐蚀的原因。结果表明,K1型涂层的抗热老化性能差是导致注水井油管涂层起泡和剥落失效的主要原因,进而使油管发生腐蚀失效。 The serious corrosion occurs on the inner coating tubing used in the lower part of water injection well. In order to analyze the failure reason of K1 coating,the different depth parts of the inner coating anticorrosion injection well tubing are taken to test. Through the metallographic analysis,observation of corrosion morphology,scanning electron microscopy( SEM),energy-dispersive spectroscopy( EDS),and X-ray power diffraction( XRD),the reason of the in-service inner coating tubing corrosion is determined. The results show that the poor thermal aging resistance of K1 coating is the main reason which causes the foaming and spalling failure of tubing coating in water injection well,and then further leads to the tubing corrosion failure.
