摘要
通过对某页岩气井矿区的地质因素、施工工况以及套管变形失效井的统计数据进行分析和调研,对页岩气井套管变形失效原因进行了分析,从而得出套管变形的主要规律和原因:套管变形主要发生在水平井分段压裂中后期,且主要集中在A点附近;当出现断层、层位间穿越与近井筒地层各向异性时,套管变形失效产生的几率会增加,其中断层条件下发生套管变形失效的概率很大等。
The statistic data of the geological factors,construction condition and the casing failure in some shale gas wells were counted and investigated,the failure reasons of the casing in the shale gas wells were analyzed. The conclusions were: the casing deformation failure mainly occurred in the middle and later stages of staged fracturing in the horizontal well,and mainly concentrated near the point A. The probability of casing deformation failure in the fault was very high,and so on.
