摘要
当前城市各类建筑爆发式增长的影响下,城市管理者对架空层及其相关内容的界定和管理出现了诸多问题,通过分析近年的相关研究成果和各个城市对于架空层的相关规定,对居住和公共两种建筑的架空层设置的合理性进行分析研究,通过实例分析,最后提出建筑物架空层设计的关键要点和执行建议,为政府部门制定完善的管理规则提供技术支撑.
Under the influence of the explosive growth of all kinds of buildings in the city, there are many problems of how to define and manage the overhead layer. By analyzing the related research results and administrative regulations, the rational design on overhead layer of residential and public building is studied. By analysing the case, the design key points and implementation suggestions for overhead layer are proposed in the paper. It can provide technical support for government to improve management rules.
