职业院校培育“工匠精神”的现状及有效路径分析——基于安徽国防科技职业学院的一项调查

面对《中国制造2025》,高职院校承担着培育现代技能型人才的重要使命。当前高职院校培育学生工匠精神的过程中,较为普遍的存在着认识和理解不足、培育模式单一、校企融合深度有限、校园文化熏陶不够等不足。推动高职学生工匠精神的培育,需要将工匠精神与时代精神相结合、课堂教育与专题教育相结合、教师主导与学生主体相结合、市场需求与人才培养相结合、工匠教育与环境熏陶相结合。

At present, in the process of cultivating the spirit of the craftsman in higher vocational colleges, there are more and more shortcomings, such as lack of understanding and understanding, single cultivation mode, limited depth of school enterprise integration and insufficient edification of campus culture.
