职业核心素养:职业院校人才培养目标的新定位

Professional Core Accomplishment: New Orientation of Talent Cultivation Objectives in Vocational Colleges

为了应对21世纪的挑战,迎接人工智能时代的到来,职业院校重新思考人才培养目标。受到基础教育关于发展学生核心素养的启发,职教界提出发展学生职业核心素养作为职业院校人才培养目标的新定位。在明确职业核心素养的前提下,思考当今社会发展学生职业核心素养的现实必要性,并提出相应的策略和方法。职业院校的培育工作,应侧重于建立"三全育人"制度、改革教学内容和变革教学方式。

In order to meet the challenge of the 21 st century and meet the arrival of artificial intelligence, vocational colleges rethink the goal of talent training.Inspired by the basic education on the development of students＇ core literacy, the vocational education sector proposed the development of students＇ professional core literacy as a new goal of vocational colleges and universities.On the premise of defining the professional core accomplishment, this paper thinks about the realistic necessity of developing the students＇ professional core accomplishment in the present society,and puts forward the corresponding strategies and methods.This paper mainly talks about the cultivation of vocational colleges, that is, the establishment of the system of ＂three full education＂, the reform of teaching contents and the reform of teaching methods.
