系统论视角下公益创业的核心力量来自于承载在公益圈平台上众多资源的有效整合,公益圈平台是公益链"弹性"进行的纵向和横向一体化。大学生以公益为核心、责任为动力、资源为纽带,以小代大创新商业模式激活公益,需推动政府、企业、高校和团队在公益链上连动和优化。

From the perspective of system theory, the core strength of social entrepreneurship comes from the effective integration of many resources carried on the platform of the public welfare circle, and the platform of the public welfare circle is the vertical and horizontal integration of the ＂elasticity＂ of the public welfare chain. Undergraduates take public welfare as their core, responsibility as their motive force, and resources as their ties, and they must use small-generation and large-scale innovative business models to activate public welfare. They need to promote the linkage and optimization of the government, enterprises, universities and teams in the public welfare chain.
