高职学生综合职业能力现状调查分析及对策

Investigation and analysis of comprehensive vocational ability of higher vocational students and Countermeasures

提升学生综合职业能力是提升高职院校就业力的重要举措。通过问卷调查和数据统计分析发现,大部分企业对高职学生的综合职业能力是比较满意的,但是仍有部分企业认为高职学生的综合职业能力存在不足。高职院校需从人才培养方案的制定、公共拓展课的开设、社团活动的开展、毕业生技能水平的认定和创新创业等五个方面提升学生的综合职业能力。

Improving students＇ comprehensive vocational ability is an important measure to improve the employability of higher vocational colleges. Through the questionnaire survey and data statistical analysis, it is found that most of the enterprises are satisfied with the comprehensive vocational ability of higher vocational students, but there are still some enterprises that the comprehensive vocational ability of higher vocational students is insufficient.Higher vocational colleges need to improve the students＇ comprehensive professional ability from five aspects, such as the formulation of talent training programs, the opening of public expansion courses, the development of community activities,the identification of the skill level of graduates and the innovation and entrepreneurship.
